08 · RETURNS & REFUNDS
180-Day Free Return Policy
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 180 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
For approved eligible returns, Nestdecoty will provide or authorize a return method that does not require the customer to pay the approved return shipping cost.

09 · REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an eligible returned item has been received and inspected.
If Customer Care approves a refund without requiring a return, the 5–10 business day period begins after the claim is approved. Your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cancellation or modification may no longer be possible after fulfillment or dispatch has begun.
