Payments are processed through the payment services made available during checkout. These providers may use encryption, authentication, fraud-prevention systems, and other security measures when processing transactions.
Nestdecoty may receive transaction-related information necessary to administer an order, such as payment status and transaction identifiers. Complete card credentials may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider rather than stored in ordinary Nestdecoty customer service records.

Please provide complete and accurate billing, delivery, email, and contact information. Incorrect information may result in authorization failure, order review delays, or cancellation where a transaction cannot be verified.

07 · DECLINED OR FAILED PAYMENTS
If Your Payment Is Not Approved
A transaction may fail because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, card issuer authorization, transaction limits, security checks, payment-provider restrictions, or other issues outside Nestdecoty's direct control.
Review your information, try another payment method displayed at checkout, or contact your bank or payment provider where necessary.
08 · PENDING
Payment Review
Some transactions may temporarily appear as pending while a bank, card issuer, digital wallet, or payment provider completes authorization. An order is not considered successfully paid until the checkout system confirms payment.
09 · DUPLICATE OR UNEXPECTED CHARGES
Contact Us If Something Looks Incorrect
If you believe an order was charged incorrectly or you see an unexpected duplicate transaction, contact service@nestdecoty.com with your order number and relevant transaction information. For security, do not send complete card numbers, passwords, PINs, or card security codes by email.
10 · PAYMENT VERIFICATION
Protecting Transactions
Certain transactions may be reviewed for payment security, fraud prevention, or verification purposes. We may request reasonable verification information or cancel and refund an order where payment cannot be appropriately verified or processed.
11 · REFUNDS
Refunds Return To The Original Payment Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an eligible returned product has been received and inspected.
If Customer Care approves a refund without requiring a return, the 5–10 business day period begins after the claim has been approved.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
RETURN POLICY CONNECTION
180-Day Free Return Policy
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 180 calendar days after confirmed delivery. For approved eligible returns, Nestdecoty will provide or authorize a return method that does not require the customer to pay the approved return shipping cost.
